He breaks down what metabolism is, helps us understand it’s not what you eat it’s what your body absorbs and explains that your body is a hoarder – it holds onto things in order to protect your body. He goes in depth about how all disease stems from toxicity or deficiency. And also discusses controversial topics like cholesterol- stating that cholesterol isn’t bad and that you don’t have to be in a caloric deficit to lose weight
