Tony Yacenda & Dan Perrault, creators of Netflix’s hit parody crime drama “American Vandal” are perhaps the greatest parody creators of our time. From their hit viral videos like ‘Favre Rise” to “Shark Pool: (which I also helped produced and had a cameo in π to creating a mockumentary on Netflix, they are taking Hollywood by storm. Their motto is juvenile humor executed in a professional manner. We discussed so much in this episode. They share how they met, how their production company Woodhead Entertainment started, when they knew they wanted to pursue a career in entertainment, the nitty-gritty details of American Vandal to working with Cuba Gooding Jr, and what they sacrificed along the way (Dan Perrault worked as Dora the Explorer at kids parties!).
